ISPSO as a psychoanalytic society has been bringing members and colleagues together since 1983 with annual meetings and symposia taking place all over the world. The 37th ISPSO Annual Meeting & Symposium (July 5- July 11, 2021) titled "The Walls Within – Working With Defenses against Otherness" will be held as a hybrid conference simultaneously in Berlin and online.
In the lead-up to the start of the online Conference we are holding monthly introductory sessions via Zoom.
These free sessions will introduce the AM2021 Program and the Registration process, while giving potential attendees practice in using the QiqoChat online tool which will streamline the AM online experiences.
This fourth session features committee members Mathias Lohmer and Ullrich Beumer talking about social dreaming, end-of-day reflections and the AM social activities. In addition panelist Leon Brenner will talk about Panel #2 "Tackling the Twice" and share insights into his psychoanalytic research in the field of autism. This session will be held at 9 am Berlin time and repeated five hours later (2pm Berlin time) for participants in different time zones.
